We schedule initial buyer consultations – often over coffee – to make sure you have a clear picture of the home buying process, all the relevant parties involved as well as get a feel for the type of home you are looking for. During this meeting, we will provide relevant referrals for lenders, contractors, etc., who we have worked with extensively so you can trust you are getting the best service possible.
One of the reasons we love working in the Bay Area is that there are so many different neighborhoods and they all have a different feel to them! During our initial meeting, we listen to what your needs are in a home and depending on the amenities you are looking for, commute distances to your work as well as budget, we try to find the right fit for you. Often times this means driving several neighborhoods to get a “feel” for them. It’s our job to find the diamond in the rough for you to call your home!
